learn to relax? in Second 1st

I called the DR. 15 mins till 5 because no one had called back and.... surprise surprise no one answered.

I’m mentally prepping for a budget talk hopefully when Sammy gets home from work.... roughly another hour..... but I’m tired. Thinking Rocky and I need a budgeting app .... well at least one of us for the house stuff.... I just want to get a leg up on the things we need to pay off before Meniere’s consumes my ability to work at all.

We had to run back out for tomato and more nuts for the granola and I talked Rocky into eating out. We went to Logan’s and because they prep everything to order I ordered things with no seasoning. They lied.... because I feel it. Rocky said that even without seasoning I would have consumed like 800mg but it had been low all day so I’m hopeful that it was just too much at one time and not that it was too much for the day. Difference being one I feel now.... with ape hands and fatigue. The other I feel in 3 days with dizziness and general motion sickness bad enough to need meds and a nap. I would swear I’ve only had like 700 the whole rest of the day so I should be fine.

Watched a few more episodes of The Office. …

On the way out Rocky had said “You need to learn to relax” ...... LMAO..... surely he’s joking.... just thinking about it is like wtf...... so I work 12 hr shifts 7 days a week (unless I call out which is going to catch up to me soon because I’ve done it 3 times in the last 2 weeks) . When I have time off it’s cleaning and organizing because no one else does. If I’m lucky I’ve managed to sneak paying bills in between making food and dishes somewhere. Relax? When is that supposed to happen..... oh days like today? when I feel like junk anyways? but I still need to do things like groceries and teach a child about budgeting?

Know what.... i’ve still got roughly a half hour (spent a little bit of time poking around for All-inclusive vacations cause I wanna go somewhere next year not just Gulf Shores, AL) I’m gonna go work on the final panel (OMG I SAID FINAL!!) of that big Leopard thing I”ve been working on for more than a year lol..... When it’s finished I’m gonna frame it.... myself I think.... Rocky and I have been talking about getting me some things for that because the dragon was like $75 to do. It looks great but that’s way to much to be able to sell it.
