I have miserable menstrual cramps 2 weeks out the month. For years I try to find remedies. I have done my research even made myself a guinea pig. Here is some I found that work for me. I am not claiming to be a doctor. If you need help by all means please see a doctor. This are just my personal experience.

I read pickle juice does help on pinterest. I drink pickle juice every month since I found out. When my fiance sees pickle juice he knows me drinking it eases my cramps. When I am severe pain Talan brings me pickles tells me take a sip. It does appear to help. Be careful with pickle juice it can spike your blood pressure!

When my pms gets severe I buy cbd at Smoker Friendly. I take one puff. It works better than most pms medicines. I never thought I would cbd for pain management but Gynocologist in West Virginia have found me no relief from my pain. They suggest a complete hysterectomy. I rather not. I hope have kids someday. 1000 mg of motrin simply does not help! Years ago I never thought I would use cbd but here I am slowly opening my eyes. I wish I could try cbd tampons sadly West Virginia does not have it available yet.

Kroger Cold Therapy Pain Relief Spray with 10.5% menthol. I sprayed it on the places that hurt. It has improved life. I don’t care smelling like menthol as long as I am not in pain. I love salon pas. My favorite one is the one that heats on the skin it relieves the pain.

I love raspberry tea. It eases cramps. It taste good in my opinion. Pinterest has a lot of good remedies for cramps. I try a new one every month! Strange hobby I know but I need find way to improve my pms.

When pmsing I swell. I have problems fitting in my jeans. I found a drink that helps relieve food cravings and mood swings. I love vh essentials pms daytime symptom relief supplement. When I get incredibly weepy drinking this drink mix helps me stabilize my mood. It doesn’t treat pms pain but it does reduce uncomfortable swelling. I wish I knew about this product years ago! Doesn’t taste the best but a little sugar goes a long way!

I can’t take Birth control pills because to many side effects. I took Birth control pills from 13 years old to 25. Birth control pills spike my blood pressure. When I was younger it did ease menstrual cramps but I feel so light headed and lousy on them I quit. I won’t be going back to them. Side effects out weighed the good.

I tried go to the doctor ask them to help. Sadly they were no help. They suggest 1000 mg Motrin sadly it doesn’t battle the pain. The doctors suggested complete hysterectomy but I plan to have children in the future so that won’t happen!

What remedies do you try? Did they work? I willingly make myself a guinea pig to try these remedies because my pain gets so bad I sometimes miss work! I try not to because I rather work!
