cop thing red coat starbucks in 2018

i have a sinus infection again btw. and i say ‘again’ bc this is a regular occurance. and then i had a setback last sat. and then i got pelted by hail yesterday. anyway this isn’t to go on about. all that that’s not what this entry’s about.

um no. so the day back in........feb. i had that encounter w/ the cops. [god that was a long day] something else happened. so i’m sitting at starbucks crying and upset [although that seems obvious although sometimes i cry when i’m happy.]. um. and one of the workers there Melissa came up and gave me. a red coat like a red winter coat. and i went ‘i’m sorry i don’t mean to be impolite but i already have a coat’ and she said something like ‘no someone left this for you’. oh...........i. ok wow. ‘what you do w/ it is you call’. oh um ok.

i looked in the coat. there was. an envelope w/ $5 in it. a paper gift certificate and.......2 hand warmers all of which i still have. i didn’t. take the coat however for one. i didn’t like the texture and 2. it would’ve invited a whole lot of questions. i think i know who left the coat but i also think the person wanted to remain anonymous so. No i think........it was. a guy who’s a regular there. older guy white hair glasses. i think maybe he’s homeless. i haven’t seen him there in awhile. anyway i went up to him and asked if he’d left it and he went ‘no it’s too small for me’. ok. like i said i only think he left it i don’t actually know. but thank you to whoever left it even though i didn’t take it. thanks random person.

things like this don’t happen to me that often. wow.
