Fucking Excited (December 11, 2012) in Old OD Entries

Well my terrible hell is actually over! I finished all of my essays for English class yesterday and I am so happy that the worrying about them is over....well half over anyway. I already have a C in the class which is my fault because I did absolutely terrible on the last paper that I handed in. I finished my revisions and wrote my last paper. The only thing left to do now is wait for the grades to come in. Maybe these last three essays will bring up my grade to at least a B. I am trying my best not to freak out as much if my grades aren't perfect.

Exams are this week and there are some pros and cons to it.

1. Since I am not a morning person and my classes are later in the day that means that my exams are later in the week. This means that I will have to stay here the full exam week. My roommates all get to leave before me. My last exam is on friday starting at 3 o'clock so by the time I am finished with the exam, packing my stuff for the break, and drive home it will be late in the evening.

2. Since my exams are later in the week that gives me more time to study. Today and tomorrow I don't have any exams so I get to look over my study guides without cramming and rushing for time.

I guess I can wait the week. I am so excited for Christmas break because my friends back home have all been texting me with ideas on what we should do while we are in town for 3 weeks. Since the late bloomer (me) is finally 18 now we can go to the clubs in Nashville together. And my girlfriends are hell bent on having sleepovers like the little girls we are haha. We just have a lot of things planned and it's going to be so awesome to be around them!

On a little bit of a depressing note...I had a talk with my mom the other day and since she took my stepdad back after all the crap he did I have decided to not spend my break at the house. I really don't like my stepdad...I don't trust him after this last incident....and I don't want to have to look at him because I know myself enough that if I am around a person I don't like I cannot hold my tongue and I don't want to upset my mom. So I guess being away is best. I am going to stay with my older sister which is great because we are close and I love being with my nephew. I am close to her husband too. I have known him since I was 8 and he is a nice guy, plus he has an xbox 360 and he bought Call of Duty Black Ops 2, so yea I can definitely get comfortable there.

One fantastic thing that I found out is that my little sister gets to come home on the 20th! When I talked to her over fall break I knew she had changed. She ended up talking to her social worker and counselor and requesting to go home and wrote a letter to the judge and made all of her apologies and voiced her regrets. So she gets to come back and I was so happy to hear that. Less stress on my mom now.

Just three more days to wait!
