One more day. in A small but passable life.

I didn’t do anything except the usual today.

I did manage to dig out the old carry-on from under my bed platform. And I dug out one of two pair of pants I own from the winter duffle. It is the brown pair of pants I found years ago at a thrift shop for $3. I think they are still in decent shape. A little stained, but no holes.

Tomorrow will be different. I saved everything that needs to be done until the day before we leave. After coffee in the morning we’ll run a couple of errands and then later in the evening I’ll load the car up.

And after coffee Sunday morning we’ll leave. It shouldn’t take us more than a few hours to get to our first stop.

So yeah, one more day and a wake up.
