How To Get Along in Book Five: Working Through the Maze 2018

Today? Woke up, took my pill...............

How’s this for proof that Wife is a shitty host: she made herself breakfast and didn’t make anything for our guest. I don’t mind that she didn’t make anything for me… I’m okay being ignored by Wife as I’m used to it. But when you have a house guest and you’re making yourself breakfast, you should ask your guest if they want something. Instead when I woke up, I made MBFITWW and myself breakfast and prepared some cold coffee. Wife minced garlic and we watched some more My Hero Academia. Then it was time to go to Hessen Haus. Increase the number of people and increase the better… MBFITWW and some of my DnD friends and I at a bar talking Anime and RPG. That was good. Then to the Escape Room. We were so close to winning. I won’t go over the whole room but… I’ll tell you where we were when time was called and what we’d have to do to win.

When time was called, we had just discovered a metallic gauntlet that I instantly put on. In the gauntlet was a magnet. That plus the magnet we’d found earlier were to be combined on a candelabra that would open a drawer. In that drawer was a button that revealed the End Prize. That is how close we were. So… 2nd Escape Room Wife, MBFITWW, and I have done… second time we were within 4 steps of finishing. One of these days we’ll get there.

When we came back, MBFITWW and I continued to watch My Hero Academia and Wife went to another room to watch Aeon Flux and hem pants. I finished cooking dinner and served it. We watched more Anime and Wife did her own thing.

Which I have to think… really? Are you saying that the best time I can have with my wife is if she is in a different room or staying quiet? That… is worrisome.

I’ll discuss the letter I wrote to her therapist and her either tomorrow or Monday. We’ll see what happens.
