so like i said i had an eye appt. yesterday. er a vision appt. rather. ‘eye appt.’ wow. and yes that was partially on purpose.
um. the biggest thing i was worried about was that they’d know about the TBI. cause. one of the things people do after someone has a concussion is they. check their pupils. but that’s right after. and it’s not like i just got.the concussion. and also my puils have been better er. in that they like. actually move now. i was half expecting them at some point to ask ‘did you suffer a concussion recently?’ yeah and ‘suffer’ is exactly the right word. cause recovering is awful it’s hell. anyway but no one said anything. like i realise it’s an eye, exam and not a. you know brain, exam. but i found out. that the retina is the only part of the brain people are able to see. so. and people don’t see w/ their eyes they see w/ their brain. sounds weird i know.
on the form i filled out w/ the yes no questions it has this section regarding neurological issues. i checked no to every question except the one about depression. the other. stuff isn’t something they need to know about. [actually it probably is but.].
anyway getting back to my point. yes i know i know. the spotlight effect.
