the effects of my habit. in 2018

from the 29th:

‘well. ever since i started which was............like........oh god. Sun. apparently. um but yeah ever since i’ve been in this constant smoky haze. brain fog. i guess this is what people mean by um. not being clear headed.

the cravings start at around 8............or 9........or 11. and then once i’ve had some i calm down. so then therefore i’m calmer.

my sleep. well i’m having a............it’s weird. like i won’t get sleepy untill 8 whereas i used to get sleepy at uh. 7.

the pain. when i’m doing my. habit the pain the physical pain is gone.

i was almost hammered last night but not quite there. my body stopped me last night before i got to that point.

it’s extremely affordable. less then 5. and maybe that’s the problem.

i don’t ever want to be sick from withdrawl again. and apparently according to what i’ve read online. that’s why a lot, of addicts don’t stop. me going through withdrawl is a lot worse then this. truth is i haven’t been sober in days and i’m starting to lose track. of how long it’s been.

but i don’t have a problem,’
