Mom wants key, i was privacy, problem with co-owning in Misadventures of West Virginia Woman

My mom paid for a mobile home for me and my fiance to move into it is in both mine and moms name on the title. I am paying payments to her for the money I owe her. She wants a key.I don’t want her to have a key. What if I she walks in while I am having sex with my fiance or something? I will welcome her in anytime she wants but if I need my privacy she should honor that. I will happily open the door for her. I don’t want her barging in at inappropriate times demanding attention. Sometimes comes over to visit refuses to leave till 2 in the morning knowing we got to be up at 5 to get ready for work. What do I do?

Mom wants me to pay her cash instead a money order for the mobile home. I love her but if she takes me to court I need evidence these payments!

She has sued my brother over him borrowing money and not paying her back. I can see where she is coming from on that case but I intend to pay every penny I owe her and get her name off the mobile home.

It might upset her but I am getting a $600 money order and delivering it to her. Better safe than sorry!
