trouble with truth is
it only goes so far
only cares how things just are
it don’t care on how they feel

the truth is a trip
sharp sides but a too-blunt tip
double-edged sword that’s as worn
out as much as it’s real
that’s the trouble
it’s always double

trouble with dreams
is there are no in-betweens
you’re awake or you’re asleep
either way, you’re in too deep

trouble with me
is I repeat myself when under stress
trouble with me
is I repeat when under duress
trouble with me
is knowing that I do it
doesn’t make me do it any less
trouble with me
I repeat myself
I repeat myself
I repeat
