well. it happened again. *Sub. in 2018

this actually is from earlier yesterday:

i did the substance thing again. it’s now 2:10 a.m. it happened at 1:30. i told myself i’d wait at least 24 hrs.

i’m um. well obviously not great if i’m doing this again. i’m dizzy and slightly nauseous. and cold. um and kinda in pain. last night. er i mean yesterday morning. rather when i did this i wasn’t like this it didn’t feel. like this.

oh here we go.
