so i've been reading up on SU thoughts and. *mentions SU no details though in 2017. got it.

as I’ve had SU thoughts recently. but this isn’t about the details it’s more about the why. so.

One reason people. have more SU thoughts then usual is that. they feel trapped.

i’ve felt trapped because __.

-i felt ‘trapped’, by Pat’s brother into staying. as opposed to staying of my own volition.

-i feel trapped by my anger. when i’m angry i want to do something about it i want to move.

-i felt trapped yesterday by the cops. who were literally standing right in front of me blocking my way.

like i want to get out. i want to get out at the time i used to but i’m apparently not allowed to do that.
