At first i was angry about low carb diet then Talan cooked us several meals. The food was really yummy. I started looking up desserts and breads. I looked up low carb pizza crust using cauliflower. Talan said i couldnt have chocolate i was really angry till i proved him wrong.

The food was so pretty i took pictures of it. I very rarely take pictures of food most of time i am to busy eating it.

I have been on instagram seeing what other people made and on pinterest trying figure out type of bread i can buy in order to make sandwiches with. My friend DJ most of the time wraps her sandwiches in lettuce leafs instead bread.

I went to fast food place first time since starting this diet. I had a low carb whopper. It is no bread rest whopper on lettuce like salad. After i ate it i felt sad. It didnt fix my craving. I know i am craving bread. I ignored that that feeling wishing i could fix size 10s.

I bought us some snacks to much on. Cheese, sunflower seeds, vegetable tray. I stared at the bread for 6 minutes today wishing it was low carb. Hugging it a little. People stared at me. I didnt care. I embrace my strangeness. I layed it down hating my life.

I wanted chocolate and icecream so bad! I know there is low carb recipes online how to make these. I fought my tenptations left the store crying on the inside. My will power is weak!

I unloaded groceries fed the stray cat outside my cats inside. Thanks to a youtube video i fixed the stuck latch on my car door. It was so simple. Thank God for youtube i learn so much off of it. Today i learned to fix my door and low carb bread options for our diet.

I am always hungry since i quit carbs. I wonder if i will always crave carbs. This is 3rd day of the diet. I keep getting more creative on ways not to destroy my diet but foods to satisfy my cravings. Skinny is challenging. Diet food is expensive.

I got to work at 7:30 am guess i better get to sleep.
