yeah a few people were kindof jerks when i told them about the rape. well ok not everyone. but Kim sortof was. and um. oh and Lindsey C. the owner of the bar. yeah when Kim went w/ me to tell her what happened all Lindsey said was something about how they had like 400 people there that night and they can’t be responsible for everyone. um wow yeah ok. and that’s why I don’t like her. i thought being a mom that she’d be more understanding and compassionate. that she’d be like ‘oh.wow’. yeah no.
so me .the fact that i should’ve made better choices somehow equates to me deserving to be raped? no fuk no. that’s like saying oh someone left their car out and it snowed so they deserved that. um. no not how it works. like sure we all could’ve made better choices sometimes but that doesn’t equate. i would never say something like that to someone ever. if anything i’m the ‘oh........wow........god i am so sorry’ type.
Joe C. however. nicest guy bar regular. yeah when i told him he was 1 ‘oh. wow’ and 2 ‘from what i understand there was nothing consensual about that night’. the guys, have been more understanding. well except for my ex but he’s a jerk so.
