Hero in The Common Room

I’ve met a few heroes in my life – a hero is someone who, in the face of adversity, remains firm for what is right, beyond all human expectation of doing so. Too many are described as heroes lately, who are just standing in the limelight at the right time. Real heroes never stand in the limelight, at all. Heroes keep moving on, you know. No matter how you try to re-write the ending, you can’t hang onto them. It’s in the nature of heroes.
