Sunday Morning in meh...

I’m free today. Bubby Sr wants to go and play baseball somewhere.

I want my day to myself.

It’s Sunday morning, time turned back, and I was awake at 5:45a. I’ve been to bedside Baptist (church on tv), watched news, played games.

I want to lounge, but my house is ugly. I could use this time to rearrange the furniture. I need to clean floors, clean my bathroom, do laundry. I don’t have an operational dryer so my laundry doing always takes a while.

Son woke up and is fixing a grilled cheese for breakfast.

The international film festival has started. RJ sent a text asking me about it. I texted her when I woke up. Told her it’s around this time every year. I didn’t bother looking up any movies I wanted to see because of my new “work schedule” so I didn’t know what I would want to see.

A friend posted that her home is not a showroom and it is lived in. She doesn’t mind unannounced visits and if you got a problem please feel free to leave or fix it I vain. I know how she feels. I live in my home. People are here. This is for me. Not so I can invite judgemental people over so they can still talk about me. Way to go!

But I do need to clean.
But I so don’t feel like it.

I need to wash and braid or twist or something to my hair.

I’ve got a half bottle of wine by my bed. I shouldn’t but I probably will. Just to go back to sleep.

Wouldn’t mind brunch this morning.
Hold please. The story about Art Garfunkle is on now…

(classical music plays)

That was nice.
I always like the people seldom heard of. He played a minstrel moose on the Arthur cartoon when Buster Baxter came back after being with his dad for a year. Like I sought out music from John Oates because Darryl Hall was always in the forefront. Coates has a beautiful voice. I think me and the son have a date to watch movies he got from the library. TinTin, Captain Underpants, Kubo and the Two Strings (awesome movie), and some stuff for him.

I need to take my tv back downstairs. I don’t want and haven’t had a tv in my bedroom for years. I bring it up every now and then, but like if I’m sick or I just don’t feel like being downtlstairs.

I need a bed frame.
I need to get one for me and the son.

I really need to get up and go downstairs to clean up.

(hangs head)

But I want to lay in the bed.

Don’t want the day to get away from me doing nothing when there are things to do…

::sighs::

Good morning all…

Kindest regards,
Sister
