so like i said. My mom & I went to Hyde Park on. w/e day that was. yeah um we went to the peter pan statue and saw the swans. and a few dogs 2 squirrels. and the parrots.
So right at dinner after we saw ‘les mis’ we talked about shows. yeah my mom had gotten a show guide my cousin & I were looking over it. and i asked her ‘what do you like?’ cause some people like comedy some drama some like historical things.
oh right so we saw ‘phantom’ the next day. i love phantom it’s great it’s another classic. it’s sad though. For those who’ve seen it when she kissed him. that was so fukin beautiful. wow. either. ...... he didn’t know how to handle the love she was showing him. or. he actually loved and cared about her and that’s why he let her go. or oh i know. he didn’t want the change that presented.
oh right so we also saw ‘kinky boots’. that cyndi lauper thing. i like cyndi lauper she’s cool. I’d never seen it nor had I seen the movie. it was so good. It had warmth and it was sad and it was funny. it had a little bit of everything. it was like ‘rent’ but not as sad. as it was rock opera-esque. maybe. and ‘little shop of horrors’ only in this case the products don’t turn against them. it was relate-ale too. The thing I like in shows/movies is the relationship between the characters. that’s what my mom likes about the show ‘elementary’. it was also like ‘little shop of horrors’ in that.um. they have a new kindof the product they’re selling.
oh so the store we went to was M&S. it’s a, grocery store there. We got my sister a postcard the lady tea. the weather it didn’t rain too much oh but there was a hurricane in ireland of all places. yes ireland. they’re not known for that. um. It doesn’t get colder than 40 there. oh i had a fig on the plane. no not a fig newton. an actual fig those dudes are good well i like them.
i love that city. [i would hope so otherwise there’s no point in going back.]. The people are polite and they don’t talk a whole lot unlike here [the states]. they changed the story of ‘phantom’ and ‘les mis’ a bit.
There are so many homeless people there. yeah we were walking back to our place from tea and had gotten some carryout. and as we passed a homeless person i’m thinking ‘here eat. for the love of god eat we just got this’. i didn’t give it to them though the main reason being i was w/ my mom who.’s like afraid of homeless people or something and not just the guys. I didn’t see anyone else giving them food so maybe.that’s like not a thing that people do there? also people don’t talk to each othere there so. they’re people too. i have throughout my lifetime bought a woman fries. but i also asked if she wanted some prior to that. but idinno. I didn’t realise how much i smiled at people untill we were at like.a store. i’m sorry it’s just a natural inclination. apparently english people find that weird from what i’ve read.online. although they sure have quite a few commercials featuring homeless children. which, implies londoners are giving and yet..........but i don’t know all the rules about homeless people and um. giving them food so. They don’t have commercials like that here. well they do in the south. london’s a sad city.
