A refugee in a strange land... in Who I am...

It's no shock that OD has finally decided to fold. However, it clarifies that the Lifetime Member status applies not to me, but the site. And quite literally, the decision has been made to pull the plug on the failing enterprise.

So here I sit, in a Manhattan hotel room, searching for friends who also find themselves in this strange new land. If I know you, please re-connect.

I hope the upload function comes along soon. I have over 1,200 diary entries going back to 2005 that will need a safe harbor.

Yup, I'm here; your favorite liberal. :)

Yeah, hopefully that will be along in the next 2 years, in the meantime I guess it's the people. Glad to see you here. I love how you've separated out the foodie entries, is that really possible?

You can create multiple Books to categorize entries. I like the feature.

I am also an OD refugee.... but had not been active over there a whole lot in the last year. I did read you over there, and hope to read more of your fabulous adventures.

I greatly miss OD. I haven't quite mastered PB but I am learning.
