(I’ll be back with my answers in a bit.)

Do you iron?
If so, how often? How much?

Do you make your bed?
If so, how often? To what extent?

Do you wash dishes by hand or by machine?
Does it bother you?
Are they hard to put away?

How about floors? Vacuum? Sweep?
How often?
Lot of dog/cat hair?

I’m not going to ask about the bathroom, but feel free to share whatever you’d like.

Do you clean your oven?
If so, when was the last time, approximately?

How about the fridge? Is it self-defrosting?
Do you have a hard time keeping it neat/clean?

Do you have separate freezer(s) from your fridge?
Does it/Do they have to be defrosted?
If so, how do you do it? How often?

Do you have multiple junk drawers?
Do you feel the need for organizing/cleaning them?
What’s in them?

Do you own a vacuum cleaner?
What is your relationship with your vacuum like?

Do you have a closet/closets?
How organized are they?
Does it bother you?

If you had a choice would you rather live in an apartment where things were taken care of for you or in a house where you had more responsibilities and more privacy?
Elaborate if you wish.

If you had a choice, would you rather have someone come in and clean your house or would you rather either do or not do it yourself?
Are there some tasks you would want to have done?
Others you would rather do yourself?

How do you feel about laundry?
Is it a burden? A fact of life? A semi-pleasant occupation?

How about cooking?
Do you cook much?
Do you find it a burden? A fact of life? A semi-pleasant occupation?

Ah and that necessity for cooking - grocery shopping.
How do you shop?
Where?
Do you feel food is too expensive?
Is it hard to maintain inventory?
Is it hard to ‘use up’ what you buy?
Do you have to throw stuff away?
Do you have conflicting dietary needs and tastes in your family?

(This got a little long, kinda got away from me in fact.
Sorry ‘bout that.
But it’s better than doing housework.)
