I guess OD is gone. in 2014

So they closed, or are closing down OD. Which makes me sad, but hey! Here I am, I will be permanently writing here from now on. Hopefully all the ODers I used to read, have come over here. I will keep my same name to make things easier.

Its still a bit weird writing here but I'm sure I will get used to it.

Anywho, I left for my trip to Toronto on Thursday, came back last night around 10 pm. Planes were getting cancelled left right and center, it was crazy. I'm happy to be home. The day I left, Miley came down with the flu, so Chris had to deal with that all alone... insert evil laugh here I mean I feel awful for leaving my sick kid but hell, I've dealt with a ton of illnesses on my own while hes been out of town so its his damn turn for sure.

I had a blast in Toronto. I went to Richmond Station the day I got there. YUM. The owner is the one who won Top Chef Canada, and my cousin's fiancee works there so we got a bunch of free food and a kitchen tour. It was pretty amazing!

That night my cousin and I stayed up late chit chatting, then the next day was the wedding fair which was fun, then we went shopping at the Eaton's centre, then back to Richmond Station for delicious food. Home to bed late again lol

Next morning I was dropped off at the airport at 10:30 to find out my flight was delayed until 9pm that night, so I went back to my cousins house until then, and again my flight was moved until 10:10, then 10:45...and then we finally boarded the plane. We all buckled up and got ready when all of a sudden the pilot came on and informed us that Toronto Island can't take off later than their 11pm curfew and that the flight was cancelled.!!! Argh. The airport I was landing in was 3 hours from home so my ride that I had will be leaving at 6 so I had to find out a new ride situation.

I went back to my cousins house and called in the morning to find out I was put on the 11:55 flight. I scrambled to find a ride home from the airport and found one!Got to the airport again at 10:30. Checked my bag AGAIN, then went through security etc and into the lounge. At about 11:30 they announced that due to weather, my flight was cancelled again. Next flight was at 3:40pm. Which means I had to cancel my ride who would have waited for me if I'd have actually left on time. More scrambling for another ride, which I did find. I did get on that 3:40 flight and we did land and I did get home by like 10 pm last night lol.

I guess not. If anyone has any insight on how to add photos to an entry, it would be greatly appreciated as I have a butt load of pictures to post for you all!!! Plus, I need to post a photo of myself so all the new people reading can see who I am!

Anyway, I'm exhausted and going to relax now.
I guess this is my new home eh??
