Shortened the entry content box from 30 rows to 20. Hopefully this works better on smaller screens. Can shorten it more if needed (it can always be stretched in modern browsers)
Fixed HTML characters showing up in titles such as
&Removed Create prose book button from prose box if it isn't your box.
