No pot, no special brownie recipes - but I thought I'd give an update about Anne-Marie's wrist.

We went to the specialist for the official word. We won't be buying any lottery tickets, folks. There is unexplained swelling in the radial/ulnar joint and her lunate bone is tilted. In addition, there is a bone cyst and two bone islands in the lunate. The latter isn't uncommon in older people.

The tilt wasn't annotated on the MRI, but to the orthopedist's eye, the whole inexplicable mess merits the attention of a hand specialist. We I will be seeing her on Tuesday.

Today begins the second month of my celiac-free life. What I've noticed:

1- I have lost 16 lbs 2- weather front has come though and I have had no head pain. The vestibular issues are still there (I have migraine associated vertigo). I have some hope that continuing on this path, I will finally be free from those as well. 4- my hands aren't cripplingly painful when I wake up in the morning. 5- The circles under my eyes have diminished. Allergy eyes, maybe? 6- except for when I'm fighting with the dizziness, my fatigue is gone.

I can't wait to see what this next month reveals!
