This morning, I had a court appearance. So I got in at 8, court at 9 and was back in the office by 10:30. I had a bit to do today. I suppose there was enough to stretch it to maybe 4 hours. But then I get a phone call. Apparently, neither the Prosecutor nor I knew that there was a Criminal Hearing this morning. So… at least I’m not out there on my own? They rescheduled it for 2:30. It is roughly an hour drive. So… there goes the productivity of those earlier items. So I got about 1.5 out of early court. I expect at least a .5 out of this court hearing. That is 2 hours. At least. Then, fingers crossed, I can mystically create at least two more hours. I’m hoping, of course, for that elusive MID-20s for the week. Who knows? I may get it. I may not. But I have a plan. IF I can stick to it. That always seems to be what gets in the way. Can I stick to the plan? Does the plan get completely botched as I begin? All of those things.

My primary goal: Get a firm 100% grasp on all of my cases save One Client. Then ask my boss if I can help him with his clients. Because this One Client? Well… 2 felony charges and 9 other charges. Thus… primarily… I am going to need some fucking help!!
