I am thankful for change, or so I tell myself, lol.
I am thankful for knitting and the chance to slow down it allows.
I am thankful that winter will be over sooner than later.
I am thankful my body still works enough to shovel all this snow and not complain too loudly about it.
I am thankful for the pretty birds of winter, the cardinals and bluejays.
I am thankful for new places, new adventures.
I am thankful for warm, furry pets, especially when it is cold again.
I am thankful for unexpected surprises, always a nice occurence.
I am thankful for nice neighbours, it's not always a given these days.
And I am thankful for all of you.

I'm thankful for all those too! I can imagine your furry friends' companionship and warmth are especially welcome through this winter! Thanks for the ray of sunshine there at the end! :)
