Peter Sallis has passed away at 96, the only one of the cast who was in every 295 episodes, he was the voice of Wallace in Wallace and Gromit’ Peter Sallis worked in film from 1959 to 2008 and television 1958; and once in Dr Who in 1967.
Watching television now and then Peter would seen in a small part, he played the lead in ‘The Diary of Samuel Pepys’ I was a fan of ‘The Last of the Summer Wine’ and ‘Wallace and Gromit’ but I cant remember ‘Cleggy’ in ‘Dr Who’ but we all rather younger then.
