A Brief Word in Book Four: Ichi-no-Tani 2017

There are certainly some things that still bother me about this job. AND… if I look back at this post in one year’s time and these things still bother me… I should take that to mean something significant.
(1) You are consistently here the earliest of everyone; yet you have the least to do.
(2) While you put in 9 hours on average; you produce an average of less than 2 billable hours per day
(3) Your knowledge of Immigration form and procedure is poor
(4) Your abilities in commercial law are abysmal
(5) Your drafting abilities remind me of the drafting abilities of a 9 year old “playing” at being a lawyer.
IF
(1) you cannot make better use of your time
(2) you cannot produce an average of 5 hours a day
(3) you cannot solo an immigration case
(4) you cannot lead a commercial law case
(5) your document drafting does not improve....
and you are still employed: consider quitting.
