The Logan Act
enacted January 30th, 1799
Statue 613
Title 18 of the United States Code
Section 953
Any citizen of the United States
for example failed real-estate developer Donald J. Trump
wherever he may be
for example former game show host Donald J. Trump
who, without authority of the United States
for example during the 2016 election cycle
directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse
for example colluding to leak out of context e-mails stolen by the Russian spy services
with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof
for example Vladimir Putin, Russia Today employee Julian Assange or other Kremlin assets
with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government
for example to gain Putin influence over American statecraft
or of any officer or agent thereof
in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States
for example to unduly smear Presidential candidate Secretary of State Hilary Rodham Clinton
or to defeat the measures of the United States
for example the American ideal of a fucking free and fair presidential election
shall be fined under this title
imprisoned not more than three years
or both.
So according to a law on the books
since the Eighteenth fucking Century
lock him up
lock him up
lock him up.
