What about the grizzlies? in A small but passable life.

Less than forty-eight hours until the president elect with the lowest poll rating two days before swearing in in poll history is sworn in.

I tried watching some of the hearings, but I couldn’t do it for long. I have a low tolerance for bullshit, ignorance, and stupidity. Grizzly bears? Seriously?

Only time will tell. The Democratic Party imploded. The Republican Party is next. Hopefully they won’t destroy the planet on their way down.

2016 was the hottest year for the last 56 million years. Civilization has existed in a very narrow band of temperature range. We have now left the scale. It really doesn’t matter. Unless you eat food.

Anyway, I been watching This Is Us and Schitt’s Creek. Grey’s Anatomy is going to start up again next week. What will Alex do? Giddy with anticipation here!

I found a nice quote in one of the books I’m currently reading:

“Trump found the flaw in the American Death Star. It doesn’t know how to turn the cameras off, even when it’s filming its own demise.”

-Matt Taibbi

And we’ll get to watch it all until the power grid goes down for good!
