Got up a little later than I wanted to but I’ve done all I wanted to do this morning aside from food and though it’s only a few moments before I have to start that I’m blogging with no distractions this morning.

I finished the dragon painting thing yesterday. I peeled off the last large chunk of quick release paper and went at it till I finished worked 5 hours straight. Hence, there is no second blog for yesterday. I like the format of blogging in which I come in the morning and go over what was missed yesterday, and any back story that needs to be addressed because I’ve been away. Later in the day if there is time stopping by and giving you an update on what actually happened because Lord knows what we plan and what actually happen are hardly ever the same.

I am a planner. I get disappointed pretty easily. I am an emotional person. I am not dramatic. However, this is a place for thought and my thoughts and actions don’t always clash. Like the other day when I was extremely tore up about that underage prostitution. I knew I had to be wrong somewhere and after the initial emotional blow I did what I needed to. Vent and investigate. Sometimes the venting makes me feel so stupid because it really should be the other way … investigate then vent but I am an emotional person. Not always rational, but not overly dramatic.

So yesterday, I moved my crafting table so that I could just turn around and be at my desk. I found an idle RPG (that is still running) called Megami Quest. It’s dumb really but dealing with it was enough to call a break without really having a break. I also let YouTube play random on a pair of head phones and really ended up listening to Melanie Martinez most of the afternoon. I think I really like her but.... there are odd elements of innocence that are in absolute contrast to the content. Example: Riding down, riding down
My hand on your seat
The whole way round
I carry band-aids on me now
For when your soft hands hit the jagged ground
Wheels aren’t even touching the ground
Scared to take them off but they’re so worn down
Promise I won’t push you straight to the dirt
If you promise me you’ll take them off first

Love everything you do
When you call me fucking dumb for the stupid shit I do
I wanna ride my bike with you
Fully undressed, no training wheels left for you
I’ll pull them off for you

First part of a song called Training Wheels. Whole first stanza looks pretty darn innocent. I mean seriously talking about riding a bike. Chorus more like being scared to have sex for the first time.... don’t know about any of you but those 2 things didn’t happen any kind of close together in my life.

Today, I’d like to go get a frame for this dragon painting thing then photograph it. I’ll post one here for you guys. One on FB most likely and I hope to open a shop soon on Etsy or Artfire so if you can think of a name for the shop share it please. lol
