Having trouble dealing with the world (SB1322) in Second 1st

This morning Google had an article on a card on my phone about SB 1322, a bill in California that will become law Jan. first. After reading the article I cried. It said that the prostitution of minors was being decriminalized. I am not a rational thinker sometimes. I am an emotional being, this feels so very wrong. It makes me sick to think that some of the worst scum of the work could go to Cali. and sell their children (or stolen child) for money and that would be okay. Who would be okay with this? Please. Someone tell me why this is okay. Human trafficking is already a huge issue no one talks about. Now in the state of California it’s going to be okay. I can only pray that Pedophilia will always be a crime. That those who would pay will always be convicted. That those who look like they are 10-14 because of some hormone issue but are actually in their 20s move to Cali to help catch those who would have sex with children. Now that actually selling oneself as a minor would be okay. I hope that over emotional 16 year old girls don’t look at this as a plan for their escape from a loving home they don’t understand (because they are still children). I did look up the bill and only read the top where it explains the general idea of the bill: (C&P) This bill would make the above provisions inapplicable to a child under 18 years of age who is alleged to have engaged in conduct that would, if committed by an adult, violate the above provisions. The bill would authorize the minor to be taken into temporary custody under limited circumstances.

“temporary custody under limited circumstances” NO. Permanent custody under stringent circumstances. These children need to be protected, set right, loved. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!
