I have seen things like you never have seen
like attack ships on fire near Orion-Thirteen
I’ve seen c-beams glit off the Tannhauser Gate
I’ve watched them glow early
I’ve watched them glow late
Still all this is lost in the fullness of time
As if tears in the rain but oh well
Time to die!
