My youth was spent following the space race, time in the school liberty reading in magazines and drooling over the illustrations of spacecraft; so went into space others remained on the page.

Then I remembered all the names, a few now remain know and I lost one today, John Glenn died today at ninety three, I would think John Glenn will remain when one orbit was a big thing; and so it was then.

On such feats progress was made, from the Right Bothers to Glenn in sixty years, and a few years to the Moon; and on every step a name.
