The right wings version of NaturalNews and Infowars.
Conceived by Andrew Breitbart during a visit to Israel in summer 2007, with the aim of founding a site “that would be unapologetically pro-freedom and pro-Israel”, Breitbart later aligned with the European populist right and American alt-right under Bannon’s management.
Former editor-at-large Ben Shapiro wrote that under Bannon’s leadership, “Breitbart has become the alt-right go-to website… pushing white ethno-nationalism as a legitimate response to political correctness, and the comment section turning into a cesspool for white supremacist mememakers.”
