so yesterday. in yes i'm aware it's 2016.

so yesterday. I had a dental. it went well actually. well i’‘m a good patient that’s not the issue. no i mean emotionally/psychologically it went well.for me. i actually wasn’t triggered which is weird.

yeah um. so I don’t have any cavities actually I haven’t had cavities in a little over a yr. i had a filling last oct. yeah and i think that’s why I started going to the liquor store. cause a meds like pills don’t work for me and 2 they want me to ask for them. i’m not allowed to have any in my possession. [well that’s not why i’d have them]. and i bled a lot less which is good. um she [oh she being the hygenist holly. holly who hums while she does dental work] told me the same thing she always does. oh she also said something about like brushing my gums or w/e. and a reason I don’t is bc it tickles and i hate being tickled. I thought of a way to um get myself to brush my teeth but knowing me.that probably won’t happen. w/ me certain ideas sound so exciting when I think of them and then after awhile they don’t.
actually a reason I don’t at my house er the house is cause I only have 2 extra tubes of toothpaste. and they’re the wrong kind. [well they’re not they’re just not the kind i use. like how hard is it to look at the kind i use and get me the same kind? well apparently very]. the lady bought them for me. each time she asks if i need more ‘soap’ I always say no cause i don’t want her buying things for me. [and it’s called body wash. use the right damn words. soap is bar soap the other kind is body wash]. and that goes for toothpaste as well. so i’m just waiting untill i get more toothpaste in the drawer. er tubes of it i mean. I have a limited amount of money which I spend on other things. like liquor for instance.
oh and i also don’t believe in taking things in pill form.
um but yeah no major issues. regarding dentistry and stuff.

oh her husband took me to the dentist. well she went w/ us. he was taking her out to lunch as it was her birthday.
oh so when I was done at the dentist. i went down to the entrywa.where it was warm and i called her and I went ‘i’m ready’ as i do and she’s ‘hello? hello?’ so i hung up as I hate repeating myself. and i was getting more annoyed. so when one of us calls th eother back she goes ‘are you finished?’ yeah that’s kindof like what i told you earlier so..........yeah.
so then. We went back to the house. oh she told me she was going out for a couple hrs. well to me ‘a couple’s‘ 2. like you know some people go to couples counselling. well that’s 2 people. so i’m thinking she’ll be back by 2. well she’s back between 5:40 and 6. which is fine.except. for the couple hrs. thing.

so a bit after she got back I had dinner. and that was pretty much my day.
