technology. in yes i'm aware it's 2016.

So the beg. of last wk. my printer decided to stop working. like when i scanned er i mean printed.yes when I printed an allignment page it worked. but it wouldn’t print like documents. what we have here is a failure to communicate. yeah no kidding.

so on Thurs. I asked my dad if he still had the box the printer came in. so i could take the box to my house er the house and next wk. which is now this wk. bring the printer to my mom’s so my dad could look at it. the printer i mean. well he didn’t. [see this is why you should keep things. well it’s not why i keep things. um anyway]. so later er some er. no. ok so on Sun. my printer decided to work again. it was weird that it wasn’t working to begin w/ since it’s a fairly new printer yeah i got it in aug. well apparently it had somehow uninstalled itself from my computer. like the icon thingy was there.............. when i looked. so when I talked to my dad about it he told me all these ways for how to fix it. yeah this is why I tell people those ways before they say anything.so they’re not wasting my time. and i really don’t like having my time wasted in that fashion.

um. but isn’t that what the installation cd’s for? like once you’ve installed something that’s it and it won’t uninstall itself? well apparently not.

so once again. i jumped to conclusions and figured out another way. instead of just waiting for instructions. yeah i do that.

ok so. A few months ago I got this internet stick thing that plugs into the computer so you can go online. well apparently that somehow uninstalled itself. so i took it out then plugged it back in and it reinstalled itself. that was weird.

last night well my printer started working again. er it started working again on sun. like i said. except. it wouldn’t printer in color even though i’d put in a new cartridge sun. night.

so. like last night. My word program would not open. so i. saved all my word documents on my external hard drive if I had to uninstall the program and then reinstall it. since when I looked that up online that’s what it told me to do. well and again i jumped to conclusions. so i went online and. well ok before i did that. when I tried to uninstall it it said that something associated w/ the program was open. so I went online and looked this up and it said something about the task manager. well there’s a little ‘details’ button thing w/ an arrow. and so i went to that and closed the multiple copes of the word program. [since for some weird reason they list multiple copies of stuff in the task manager. i’m not sure how else to explain that..............]. and now it’s working again.
