mom news/their vacation in yes i'm aware it's 2016.

cause i’m mostly caught up. a few things happened over the summer that i haven’t written about.i will when i’m ready.

also. i recently discovered that when i was in college something happened. like i knew what happened but i don’t think i had the words for it untill now. [and no not rape.something else]. so i’m sortof. i don’t know that’s taken precedence.

anyway. onto the main entry.

So over the summer my parents went to S. Africa while my uncle stayed at my mom’s. they might’ve. been there before not sre. i know i’ve been to tunisia which.might be in N. Africa. so we’ve all been there. They had a good time. they were tired when they got back. they um. oh they saw a lion kill..........and panthers/cats up in trees. [well panthers are cats.but i mean cats other than panthers]. like they’d just be walking and there was a panther. in a tree. I think maybe they saw hippos. oh and warthogs which they thought were cute. Yeah my mom sent me postcards one of which is of Victoria Falls which they also saw. Well on the back it says something about lawnmowers by which they mean the warthogs. i was so confused. i think she put that on the wrong postcard. but that’s ok. and I got a postcarrd w/ elephants on it cause i love elephants. and that was so meaningful to get that.
i remember. when they talked about it they said something about it being cold and tents..........i don’t remember what else they talked about i think maybe they saw monkeys.

my sister & I each got a gift. I was hoping for something but I didn’t want to expect it you know? she got a shirt and i got a beautiful orange scarf w/ elephants on it. it’s at my mom’s.
