Back on the groove.....I think. in In the Kingdom of Suzu

A week ago we were packing up from the banks to come home (sigh) and I am already thinking of when we could do another trip somewhere. I think we will go see MIL over T-giving but it will be a short one.

The co-worker that left while I was gone had called in to say she was resigning because of medical issues. She was the one who had been out for two weeks and we weren’t sure if she was in a rehab or was suspended. Of course the hirer ups are not saying. My take is she was given the choice to resign or be fired. She had liver cancer but said she was in remission. She also said she had varicose veins and was going to have surgery on them. She also would ask people for medication, claiming that her meds were stolen at work but she couldn’t prove who had taken them. She had also asked me about my breast cancer because the dr found a lump. She told a lot of other stories so who knows what was true or not. It is a shame about her because she has a 10 yr old little girl and we were just about full staffed, now it is back to the hiring process again.
