To upgrade or not? in Stuff

A pretty good start to the work-week for me. Just got stuck in and got a lot done as usual and it went really fast. I was on my break in the lunch room tapping away on my phone and the store manager walks past and jokes, “Get off Grindr, Matt.” I said, “Not at work!”
I’d earlier been telling him that I’d been checking out a guy in one of the aisles and he wanted to know where he was, and I said, “He’s more my type than yours,” and he asked what my type was, and I said, “Twinks” and he goes, “I don’t mind a twink.”
LOL. Well, who knew? I thought he was just into the beefy types. It’s pretty cool having a funny gay store manager though. Dunno how long he’ll be around. My work tends to shift around the store managers a lot for some unknown reason, so it’s pretty cool we’ve got him while we do.

I managed to have time for a gym sesh after work as well, so I can now sleep in a bit more in the morning and not have to get up at 4am lol. The end of Winter is approaching (thank fuck) and it’s warming up but it was pretty cool walking home tonight. Maybe I was just warmed up from being at the gym. I just went to the one above work as it was more convenient than the better one in the city.

Qantas sent me an email offering me to make an offer to them to upgrade my seats to business. Out of curiosity, I clicked the link to see what the minimum requirements were, and it’s $100 and 3000 points. I didn’t think that was too bad, but does anyone think that’s worth it? Like for an hour and a bit flight? I’ve never tried out a business seat before, just walked past them. It just looks more comfy and spacious.
And even if I offered that, it wouldn’t guarantee that they’d accept it. They’d give it to the highest offering person. I think I’m happy to stick to my usual squished in economy seat as it’s not like it’s a long time really and save myself the $100. But it’s not like I’ll ever get a business seat at the price again, so I thought I might ask you guys.
It doesn’t really bother me.
