While I do have something to gripe about, I’m going to forego all of that today despite having a strong urge to strangle someone.

Funnies first:
I decided to walk to the bus stop a few blocks away to avoid catching multiple buses since I don’t really have to. Besides I could use the walk. So the next street over, this guy is driving his shiny new Malibu and makes this u turn in the intersection. Now it’s like 7:12 in the morning, he is blasting 2Pac’s Picture Me Rolling and when he catches sight of me he goes even slower and he’s glaring and I’m like, get the hell on with that. LOL Ass looks like he 67 listening to Pac. Go sit down some damn where. I ignore and don’t even acknowledge his existence. So then he parks and gets out of the car and as I’m walking past the intersection he starts singing loudly to catch my attention and I just keep walking past and once I’m out of the line of sight the music shuts off. I’m walking down the street saying, “What exactly was that shit supposed to be?” and start laughing and I can’t wait to tell my friend. LOL

Last night we popped a helium balloon and took turns hitting the helium and talking. The son posted on Facebook: “Did helium for the first time with the fam tonight,” and I’m like if this doesn’t sound like something that requires a drug intervention. I didn’t think it worked on me. It worked on the kids. My son was singing, “Lonely. I’m so lonely. I have nobody to call my own” and it was hilarious. My daughter sounded similar to my son, but I didn’t think it worked on me. So I kept saying, “Is this even working on me?” and they crack up because apparently it does.

Before that, I bought Go Fish and Old Maid cards for me and the grandbaby to play. His mom played a few hands with us and it was funny. Then daughter said something like a game of crack head go fish would say, “You got any dope fiends? No. Go fish.” I was weak. I laughed a good 2 minutes about that.

I actually have a chance go to a baseball game tonight BUT I don’t know if we will. I would say the tickets were free, but whenever I’ve gotten free tickets I’ve always had to pay $6 which I guess is a steal, but I didn’t want to spend any money on free tickets. Kind of contradicts the whole “free” aspect.

An old friend/coworker stopped by yesterday afternoon with her granddaughter. She is retired, but just got a part time job at the bakery around the corner working two days a week. It was good to connect with her.

And that is about all the goodness. I have.
There is a think going around called first 7 jobs. In my 42 years, I haven’t had 7. I’ve only had 3. 4 if you count the daycare job I worked for a week and never got paid for that week before I got let go. The other three were Six Flags, Law Firm, and here. I won’t count the food truck because it’s not lucratively in effect yet.

Oh and I’m also finished with that robot speaking book about huge animals, underwater salamander people taking over the world…It reads like a confusing anime movie. It’s okay. I just finished a scene where the huge animals and the robot animal ::smh:: you don’t want to know… just finished fighting. I would say you have to read it, but I can’t rightfully say I would recommend this to anyone. Well, maybe someone who likes their paragraphs in short and choppy sentences.

And with that I bid you all good day…

Kindest regards,
Sister
