Seriously… I don’t wish to add to the fear the world is feeling. But every continent, right now, is worrying me. And not in the usual “Oh, China and Korea have issues and Africa has another civil war going on” because… sadly… we got used to that in the 1990s. I’m talking… massive political shifts and government restructuring all over the globe… military build ups… disease, poverty, and famine popping up where they weren’t predicted to.

Some of my favorite countries are now, have recently been, or attempted… Military Governments. Now I’m not one to instantly tear down one form of government over another… but Military Governments worry me (like the one currently in Thailand). A government run BY the military is simply a version of “Rule by Force.” Add Terrorism throughout Europe and Africa… disease and civil war throughout South America… and the most horrifying election I can imagine, not just the fact that we’re stuck with Trump or Hillary but even shit like David Duke running. The fact that David Duke thinks now is the time to run for Senate should tell all of us how much trouble we’re in right now.

I’m worried. And I wish I wasn’t.

I get that lying happens. I get that misleading happens. But I think we should demand better.
