Kitty Update in A Day in the Life of Me

Had to take my baby to the vet today, can’t remember if I ever mentioned the discovery a few weeks ago of a lump on his tongue.

So today, we took him in.
We have a round of antibiotics for 7 days. We don’t really know much, the Vet didn’t want to say it was cancer, but he didn’t want to say it Wasn’t cancer either until we can rule it all out.
He DID say it was a growth that looked aggravated and has given him antibiotics for 7 days, plus he gave him a antibiotic shot that’s a 12hr shot while we were there.

$132 dollars = check up, shot, liquid meds, and pills.
Plus he wants to do at least blood work sooner rather then later.

roughly $250ish.

then there’s the cost of xrays and biopsy that he wants to look at too…

He’s my bebe. I’ve had him since he was 4 weeks old. I can’t lose him yet. he’s only 9. And on top of all that, D’s away for a week as of 7pm tonight.

EVERYTHING about him is 100% normal. except the lump.
attitude, appetite, litter habits. All of it.

Here’s hoping the antibiotics do the trick.
