my own advice in poetry

may you find what you seek but
moreover if you don’t may you still
find a way to know peace
because you might not find what you seek
success is at least ninety percent luck
you might stand tall
you might get fucked
no matter how good you are
no matter if you worked hard
it’s okay
it might not come your way
and it’s right to always keep trying
but you need to be ready
if it never gets there
find a way to know peace
then if nothing else works out
at least you’ll know peace
spend at least some of your time
figuring that out
while you go out and seek
and some day
I’ll even take my own advice
I suppose that would be nice
