Sport, politics and premature in blackpropaganda

Too much sport yesterday.
From Federer and Murray winning in five sets at Wimbledon to Wales succumbing to Portugal (as forecast) in the evening. And it seemed to rain all day here too.
So one of those days when you cannot get down to anything productive.
Today was better - sunshine - and a good concert to go to - met lots of friends - had fresh trout and chips for our evening meal - and can settle down to a replay of the First and Second World War with France and Germany in the semis of the Euros soccer. I don’t care who wins (unlike 1914 and 1939)

Also yesterday we had wall to wall coverage of the enquiry into the role of the UK in the Iraq invasion and war of 2003. It looks like hubris from Tony Blair, and a willingness to follow George W Bush into the adventure with no clear idea how to deal with things afterwards. By the way it was GWB’s birhday yesterday and he was mountain biking - not concerned that his old mate TB was being shat on from a great height.

And a little something for the man with a problem!
