Gigolo with samples in blackpropaganda

Good morning
Irrrespective of the fact that the country is leaderless - adrift in a sea of conjecture and hate I feel quite chipper today.
Not sure why - unless it is the thought of taking on my annual role of being a gigolo.
A friend down the road has done a lot for army charities and gets invited each year to a ceremony when awards are given out for those contributing to the charity - and there is drink and food.
The key thing is that uniforms or dinner jackets must be worn - and her husband refuses to wear a dj - does not have one - but - is willing to drive us the 70 miles or so to go to the event - and be available to drive us back.
Not quite up to the stories of men delivering their wives to lovers - and hanging a round - and then possibly having sloppy seconds later. But it does seem a bit odd - so I am an escort for the evening, since I have a dj and am willing to hang around making polite conversation and explaining, no, I am not her husband.
So SW.. and i are having lunch out today so that I get a good solid meal since the canapes are not very filling - although the champers goes down well.

Oh, and if you were the leader of a party, and your members of parliament had a vote of no confidence is you which was 171 to 40 against you, would you resign. No, of course not!
