…which is similar to Driving Miss Daisy. View South from the top of Kate Sessions park over Mission Bay to Point Loma. Many years ago, I made a decision to stop driving because I couldn’t afford to maintain my car. Besides, you wouldn’t have wanted me driving anyway. Later, I stopped again this time because I didn’t have a car. Multiple vision stopped my night driving over a decade ago. Driving up to the Democratic Headquarters in Kearny Mesa, I noticed that the sun’s glare on the windshield gave me a greyed view of the road. This Friday, I noticed that even with a washed windshield, my world remained greyed out. Driving with that view of the world worried me. Not ok stuff. I have an eye doctor appointment coming up, until then he has given approval for me to drive a mile to work. View North on Point Loma with the Pacific Ocean to the left and the San Diego Bay to the right. Last week, Jacaranda trees in bloom just down the hill from our house.
  • Himself: He’s helping a friend take the back seats out of her SUV. Bank next, breakfast, and the museum before dinner.
  • Herself: Got to window shop a bit last night. Replaced one shirt that had a spot I couldn’t get out. Today follow G around and bring a book.
  • Reading: Daniel Silva’s 2015 book.
  • Gratitudes: That I am feeling so good physically.
