Owning a place abroad is not all joy. It is f or visitors who come out - but we are always thinking of maintenance and clearing up. We had a problem with a leaking cistern some years ago which no one then noticed - and that cost us a bit since water is metered. We are keeping an eye on it now since there seem to be drips at times.
Of course, I am not complaining. The opportunity to stay here for a couple of weeks, ride bikes,as today, and enjoy the sun, and the food and the drink. At home you know who to call in if there is a problem - here it is not so clear, so you take a lot of advice from neighbours.
It was cloudy this morning but now it is a totality sky - C22 - ideal.
Hasta luego

Still at least you can guarantee that you can go and see some sun at some points of the year. I'd take your troubles over mine! X

Just to say, many of the issues are in my mind - and we are really lucky to have it and be able to share it with friends and family.
