Cooler weather has returned. Last night at 8pm it was 59 degrees here and 96 degrees where I’d just returned from.
The backyard is halfway raked. Several huge piles of debris are waiting to be bagged. The kitchen drain has been fixed. The kitchen faucet has been replaced. The strike plate for the backdoor deadbolt has been replaced. The clothes dryer is still in pieces but the problem has been successfully diagnosed. The Liam Dog has been taken on one good walk. All my belongings have been gone through and repacked. I finished reading “$2.00 a Day: Living On Almost Nothing In America” by Kathryn J. Edin and H. Luke Shaefer. Mom called and said the cementing procedure in her T7 vertebrae is scheduled for 10am tomorrow. Hopefully that will do her some good.
I’m still deep in the process of figuring out just exactly what I should be doing, if anything at all.
