When I'm Gone in QUOTIDIEN

Interesting event here, in my home. I am trying to learn the cup song. I have already learned to do the cup accompaniment, and I am pretty darned pleased about it. It took perusing just about every instructional video on You Goob until a twelve ear old girl appeared on the screen and, like, YOU know :hair toss:, she, like, showed each step slowly, and several times before moving to the next step. There was a time when I could have picked that stuff right up. Pfft!

So now, I know the entire song, right? I'm ready. Get my cup, do a few practice runs with just that......then I begin to sing. That cup sailed, in a perfect arc over the table as I managed to sing the very first verse which went a little something like this, clapclaptap I Bought a tick... tap ah...pftOP toppletoppletopple...whoa,sh..da...OMG!

It's a great song.....just needs a little work.
