the longer we’re isolated from negative consequence
the easier it is to create or release the things we make
but also the easier it is to get out of touch with
anything like a real life and have nothing to say
other than looking deep within our shitty navels
hoping that a screed upon our holy lint will pay
so fuck you woody allen
you should’ve quit after bananas
and found a woman your own age
