5 days til baby....not close enough! in Life as a Mom of 2 boys.....and a girl!!

So this is our last weekend before the baby is born!! Woo hoo!! We’re actually going to the movies tonight for the first time in months and months which is going to be pretty awesome. We have a gift card from Christmas so it’s going to be totally free too which is a bonus! I’m definitely getting a ton of popcorn and possibly some candy lol. Cuz you know, after gaining 50lbs from this baby I’m not quite huge enough lol. Sometimes my butt even gets sore in certain chairs at different places now because of all the weight I’m carrying. But whatever, that will change soon.

We’re spending this weekend getting baby stuff prepped like the bassinet in our room, the hospital bags packed, the glider in our bedroom and stuff like that. I should probably sterilize the breast pump and bottles too. Then we want to do some extra cleaning since my parents are going to be staying here for a couple of nights and I don’t want it to look like a wreck. It’s going to be so awesome to see the bassinet next to my bed again!! It’s been a while :) :) (Miles is 2 yrs 7 months right now).

I had my last OB appointment on Wednesday where I had to fill out some forms saying yes you can cut me open, blah, blah and then I had my last chiro appointment today but my back is like 90% better than it was the day I hurt myself so how can I ask for better? It only bugs me a bit in bed sometimes depending on the way I lie. For some reason I have to go for a blood test at the maternity ward they day before my c section which is kind of annoying but whatever.

I’m still super eager about the baby coming and would have her in 5 minutes if I could lol. It’s so hard to not be super curious about what she’s going to look like and what her temperment will be like (Cody was easygoing and Miles was a tad bit difficult to put it mildly lol). And I can’t wait to dress her in a ton of pink and purple!! lol. And bows and stuff. But I guess I can wait 5 days lol. I’ve already been pregnant 270 days, what’s 5 more?
